Case Management

A dedicated case manager builds a personalized housing plan with each Veteran and walks beside them at every step.

Benefits Enrollment

Hands-on help applying for VA benefits, disability claims, IDs, and entitlements Veterans have already earned.

Word of Truth Outreach Ministries operates Veteran Forward to honor the men and women who served by meeting them in their hardest moment with dignity, shelter, and a real path home. We believe housing is the foundation that makes recovery, employment, and healing possible — and that no Veteran should sleep outside while they wait for it.

As a VA Grant and Per Diem (GPD) provider, Veteran Forward works hand in hand with the Houston VA to deliver coordinated bridge housing and supportive services.
